The Ninjas referred to this principle as Shikin Harimitsu Daikomyo, which roughly translates as “every moment holds the potential for enlightenment”.
At the foundation of NinjaFit Warrior lies the basic understanding that we have little to no control over the environment, but we can control ourselves.
Ninja Fit’s programs are designed to prepare our warriors to believe in instilling patience, consistency and sustenance - achieving their “AHA”moment is not just our promise but also our investment in your life!
